Let me see if I understand this correctly. You put a deposit down on a tractor, and then were delayed going to pick it up. The seller tried contacting you several times while you were delayed. You then showed up, took the tractor without paying for it, and are refusing to pay the balance due because you didn't like it when you picked it up. Do I have it right? If I do, you should be in jail for criminal theft.
