Terrorists also steal road signs put up by the townships and the state. These are probably the same terrorists that smash mailboxes, knock down fences, and open gates. They don't always keep the stuff they steal, as one Cattle Crossing sign was left in a neighbour's yard and returned. Another one turned up about ten miles away, but after it had been replaced. Probably there are such terrorist cells all over the country. We call the terrorists midnight marauders, but they often strike in the middle of the day.
