McCormick Deering

My sister and her husband recently came accross a tractor that they think that I just have to own.(I'm probably not going to argue too much)
It is a McCormick Deering 229DD
Has a date stamp of 8-28-DD
Serial #5161
Model #20

I"m not very familiar with these tractors and I have yet to see this tractor in person but it looks rather complete by the photos. Any one have any info on it?

Also I am in the process of restoring a Tieman tractor has any one else worked on one of these too?
