ford 9n hydraulics

my husband asked me to look up info on 9n
hyraulics. Our son in law has a 1937 and they
are trying to do some over the phone diagnois.
The hydraulics are not working at all. Amos
my husband) is highly knowlegable on all
mechanical matters he is a for real old time
mechanic by trade and so is looking for really
technical advice on 2n or 9n hydraulic
cylinders. he's not so sure thet the internet
can help. I think some one can
