don,t believe there is much adjustment in a narrow front end other than making sure bearings are adjusted and wheels aren,t bent. I would guess the tires are old and weather baked not checked but just dry and are wearing fast . Had a set on pickup that had set for a while and put them on before vacation one year and didn,t think would get home as tread was about gone too and was good when started. If front is bad you would feel pull or have a bad wopbble
