walmart sells sets that are LED last much longer than regular bulbs. run on 2 C cells. the only draw back are that they only come in red. they have small round red bulbs. found in same area as regular xmas lights usually by regular battery xmas lights. I use them in decorations for school and relatives also have them in 2 scarfs wife and i wear at xmas functions. will last better than 2 8 hour days on one set of batteries. still waiting for more colors
