worked at a computer store in the early days (Commodore 64) the cable that went between the monitor and CPU was about 5 bucks our cost. Owner said if we have it and nobody else around does it makes the part that much more valuable to us and the customer. sold alot of cables at $29.95 prolly same thing that happened to him. he needed it today they had it so they put the screws to him.
