You are right; a lot of aftermark parts are the same ones that they package for the OEM, while others range from excellent to shabby copies. Ask around, somebody knows which are which. When I worked for a major equipment manufacturer, I helped the guys in the parts dept. take bulk roller bearings out of barrels and put them in company boxes so you can buy those almost anywhere and save a lot of money.
