Jon is right - the electronic set-up will make a big difference in engine performance - especially starting and response. We've installed them on several spark-ignition New Generation tractors and found them to be just the thing to give a shot in the arm to an older engine that may be getting a little tired. If you have serious engine wear, it may not cure the whole problem, but it should at least extend the interval between plug foulings.
