Ryder has a heavy duty aluminum tilt car hauler. I hauled an older Chev Impala, which probably weighs a lot more than your tractor, on one. As I remember, it is a flat bed and might work better with a tractor, especially if it is narrow front. I believe the U Haul is two ramps on the deck, with nothing between them. It was Ok for the Ford 640 I hauled one time, but definitely not good for narrow front.
