I just have to put my 2 cents in here tires will be the most efficient at about 30% to about 50% especially on hard surfaces. on really soft or muddy conditions taller lugs may pull better because tall lugs will move soft material out of the way. in rice fields they use really tall lugs. worthless on hard ground . read article by firestone(?) went on to say some are replacing tires too often.
