hi got enough oil in system? With a loader on you may meed a bit more. I have bled my neighbour IH by cracking small bleeder screw on top side of rear housing not sure if you need to do the same on his the brakes would go after it is bled brakes work fine he has a 554 I think not sure of model he broke non steering or hyd at all what a mess .
