Amsoil is a joke, they spend all the money on marketing scams and little on research and production. If you search the internet and read the many available reports of inedpendent laboratories, you will see that 95% of all testing of synthetic oils has been conducted on Mobil products. There is no standard for how synthetic oils must be formulated; therefore a lot of the brands are pure junk. If you are going to use synthetic oils - - better stick to Mobil.
