A boiler on a steam engine blew up killing several people and injuring many more at the Medina County Fairgrounds. An investigation revealed that the boiler was in bad condition and it was low on water. They are claiming that operator error and poor maitenance was the cause. The law suits Exceed the insurance coverage that the fair grounds had and now the fair board members are being sued personaly. Our show is sponsored by the City and held at a City park. We just happen to have the same insurance company as Medina County Fair Board.
