If it's not too cold, all you need is a tape player- with the sound of a knipco heater running- raises the temp a few degrees. How about a two or three piece folding frame of pvc pipe, with tarp attached, to break the wind? Each section about 6-8 feet long, makes a good enclosure for your heater.
