Hi Steven, Your asking a question only the pump mfg can answer.
A SWAG would be 66% of rated flow. As the pump increases pressure the volume would drop by the cube root. If the volume was increased then pressure would drop by the cube root or approx 66% either way in the second stage. I never messed with a two stage hydraulic pump so just guessing. We use two stage refrigerant compressors and flow is rated at output of the second stage. I don't think that will apply to a hydraulic pump tho. T_Bone
