Glow plugs

Need some glow plugs and a possible injector for a 560 IH. The countryside here is full of old combines and cotton pickers but no old tractors. I was wondering if they might have used the same engine on some of them. Stats say it's a 281cid diesel. IH dealers are real proud of plugs and injectors and just wondering if anyone knew if I might find something in a junk yard that would work.
