You don't specify how much money you want to spend. And you don't mention the type of tracctor you are lucking to buy. So I would recommend a used one, and a Massey Ferguson 165,185, or a 280, would most likely fit the application that you are talking about. They each have live PTO so a mower wouldn't be a problem. They also have a 3 point hitch so that should make implements easily available. If you are looking at buying one with a loader, than that is easily an option. I am not a MF fan, but it seems that one of these tractors wouuld fit your need very easily
