Duals for my JD 4030 tractor

What do I need to put duals on my 4030? Can I put those kind on that has the round drum in the middle and just tighten up some binders My axle sticks out about 6 inches and didn't know if that was enough to connect the hub to bolt on the extra wheel. What would I should to expect to pay. Thanks
