Joe,there is a suction screen in bottom of diff. housing that needs to be checked.You will need to drain resorvoir and clean or replace if damaged.Then get a 2500# gauge and check hyd. pressure.It should be 2250#.JD 4010,s were last built in 1963.4020,s were built in 69.Jim B
