Hi Mike, Geez your a gluton for punishment in more ways than one! I agree the Dad should have layed ground rules before the date ever happen. Too bad Dad didn't think ahead. If it'd been my daughter, she never could have gone in the first place much less with a 18yr old. Now if she was 18 and you were 22 I would not have a problem with either person as by that time you and she would be taught all you could be taught and good your "common sense" would prevail, so if your both happy, I'm happy. A person at 14 has very little knowledge of how the "real world" is. At 18 you think you know. At 75 your pretty sure you know but it's just too late! LOL You will on the short end with "dad" until this girl truns 18 and then maybe he'll accept you, then again maybe not. Fathers are funny that way! The BIG risk for you as others have pointed out: All relationships do not end on a happy note! One wrong word from a 14yr old weather truthful or not puts you in "the crow bar hotel" for the most part of your adult life! Just something to think about! T_Bone
