Bolens was part of Gardenway that also owned Troy-Bilt. After the bankruptcy the assets were bought by MTD. If MTD does to them what they did to Cub Cadet the OEM chassis and attachment parts will probably dry up. Engine stuff was always sourced from the engine maker. Other than that they're built like a tank.
