HI Ray and the rest of the whole forum LOL Talk to the mailman about it , call the post office and postal inspector should be in touch. Local police should have told you this. The little persons or (??? you would like to call them ). Get into big trouble over this, from the fed's not the local, if you are out in tim-buck-2 they and you may have to drive to a fed court. We have lost allot of them around here in western PA , local cops are a waste of time, but when the post office calls them they work to get it taking care of. Big brother is watching. Good Luck and By the way post as you please the rest can find something better to do with there time maybe than ? you when you are looking for help etc . Punchie
