Hi Marvin, You didn't give enough info to tell where the problem is. What kind of tow rig, bumper pull or goose/5'er, length of trailer, axle type, measurement to center of pin to center of axles, load weight your trying to pull and what is the load, tires size, matched tires, tandum singles/duals? How does it pull empty? Give some more info so we can correctly tell you where to look. I really doubt that it is a tongue heavy problem or a your axles are to far back. The longer the span the better the trailer pulls but the more pin weight you have. T_Bone
