kelvin i was in nc with my trailer last may with a tractor on when your sweet DOT stop me did a full inspection on trailer and truck and sent me on my way and i have mobile home axles and tires on the trailer with brakes on one axle. they had me for a hour and were rud as h--- but said all was good just slow down
