Do yourself a favor and get some real axles. Mobile home axles are more of a PITA than they're worth, even if they're free. Brakes are junk, tires are too light and expensive to replace (if you can find them).

I'm at a point where I need to rebuild or replace my trailer. Went looking at NEW trailers and was shocked at the prices and the crap they make them out of.

I'll be spending my money to put decent axles and brakes under the trailer I have, and be able to get standard 15" tires in the appropriate load range to put on it.
