Two wheel tractor

I just recieved an old Montgomery Ward two wheel tractor made by Simplicity. Im not sure of the year yet, but I do have the serial numbers, and almost all of the attachement in working order that were available for the macine. The motor needs new points, and a few other parts, but overall its in good condition.
Does anyone know where to get parts, or how much this thing could be worth. I would like to restore it just so my Grandpa could see it work again and to keep in the family. Any ideas would be welcome.
