Ever equipment manufacture has dealers with various levels of customer service satisfaction.
Even a good dealer can have an off days when something goes wrong or money is lost.
Who ever sold Deere top brass on the 5000 series being better than the 20,30,40,50 & 55 series Mannheim Germany built utility tractors should be horse whipped.
