I have developed a way of dealing with sealed bearings that has worked very well. If it is truly sealed, not shielded, that is with a lip seal, the seal can be carefully pryed out and grease added. If it is shielded, with a metal shield, can't be removed and reinstalled, just drill a 1/16" or smaller hole in the sheetmetal shield and inject grease. Now clean the area around the hole and put a small drop of silicone gasket sealer over the hole and let it cure. I have saved a lot of dry bearings this way and never said later "shouldn't have done that". I guess you could use injection hole method with the sealed type too to make relube easier.
