GM diesel conversions

Does anyone out there have info on tractors with GM diesel conversions? I have seen several photos of Case LAs with GMs and one of a Farmall M. I know of an Oliver Super 88 with a GM conversion. I am not sure what model GM it is but I think it is earlier than the 71 series that seems to be what is in the LAs(this one has ports in the cylinder walls for both intake and exhaust- no valves). I was told that this particular tractor belonged to someone who worked for GM and had all of the tractors on his farm converted to GM power. I appreciate any help you can give.
