A diesel will smoke like that especially when not being worked pretty good often. As for the POwerservices Diesel Additive, I think it is good stuff OCCAISIONALLY BUT, I feel certain that it will eat up older seals if used too much. I was a big fan of that stuff for the last two years but I have had to reseal 3 diesel pumps in that time compared to never before. It does clean the injectors and keep the fuel from gelling but I really think it has something that will eat up older seals. JUST MY OPINION from my experience.
