I did not mean to offend anyone that works for any state department or is blue collar. I am blue collar to the bone and make barely more than minimum myself. I still stand by my statement the guys do not take good care of the equipment. I have saw this first hand. I guess the bigger factor in the way they treat it is not what they make, but more they don't have to pay for repairing it when it breaks. I apologize for saying the minimum wage thing.
