Tie-down hooks on tractor for hauling

After spending so much time to clean & paint a guy doesn't really want to just wrap a chain around whatever is sturdy enough,to bind the tractor down.So I used 3/8"x 1 1/2"x 4" bars bolted to frame rails [grade 8 bolts] with a 3/8" tempered hook at the end.These are at front end of tractor.I haven't quite figured what I want at the rear.Thought of some tempered eye-bolts on the draw bar,but the load would be about 45deg. pull on them.Maybe a clevis on each side of drawbar[U shaped,Farmall] Maybe just make some more brackets for two more hooks.I have used heavy nylon slings before and don't like them much,things always seem to losen somewhat.Anybody got any input??
