grinding gears

i have an oliver 77 tractor that has always ground a little going into gear. It was usually worse when it was hot. The clutch went out so I figured it was a good time to stop the grinding. I had the flywheel surfaced, rebuilt clutch plate, rebuilt pressure plate, new pilot bearing, new throwout bearig. It still grinds. The clutch shaft turns freely in the pilot bushing and I really think it is put together correctly. It acts just like before. I am baffled. The only thing i can think of is that the oil in the rear is too light. It has 80-90 but calls for 140. Will this make a diference? If so is 85-140 good enough? Thanks a lot.
