Its real simple! Really!Check the arcives.On the Ford forum there is some in depth posts on how to do it.Lots of info. Click on search and type in "electrolysis" you should get quite a list of posts on the subject.Have made 2 changes on my set up.Am using a piece of 16ga. sheet steel,and switched my charger to the "low" 6vt. setting.Now drawing about 4 amps. On higher setting the amp. gauge was about maxed out and the charger was getting warm.Hate to smoke a good [my only] charger!
