BELARUS 250AS

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH REPAIRING A BELARUS 250AS. I THOUGHT THE MOTOR SEIZED BUT IT LOOKS FINE . I REMOVED THE PAN AND ROD CAPS. SOMETHING IN FRONT OR THE GEARING IS JAMMED AND IT WON'T CRANK. I HAVEN'T REMOVED THE FRONT YET.
