I would not worry too much. If the floor is reasonable, just woory about getting it level. Unless you have a lot of other machines putting out a lot of vibration, I wouldn't go into a vibration mount. By the way - where and how did you get this thing - I would love one. American Pacemakers were great lathes. I don't know if there are any American lathes still made. All Euros or asian now.
