The tracks you have probably have alot of INTERNAL wear. This may or may not cause you problems when installed, depending on what you are going to do with the tractor. If it is a show and parade piece, they will probably be OK. If it going to be used for work, they may try to climb the sprockets due to the extra length from pin to pin because of the internal wear.
The older tractors are subject to internal wear because they are not lubricated as are the newer track groups. Sand and dirt get in between the pins and bushings and slowly grind the metal away. This is why the tracks may look good on the outside, but may be shot on the inside.
