If the bushings are not showing much wear, and the sprockets are in fair shape I would put the tracks on, and run it until the bushings show considerable wear Then have the pins and bushings turned and run the tractor until the bushings break through. Then look for a source for new pins and bushings, and build up the sprockets, or if your are rich buy new ones, and start over. I like to see things not very loose, but with tracks with some use this is not possible all the time. My two cetns wotrh
