I've been driving tractors since the 50's and I haven't hit anything yet...going forward. I want my bumper on the back, as I've backed into a thing or two! However, I'm sure the design engineers didn't have me in mind when they left off the "bumper" but rather convenience for hooking up implements and the all important factor, COST.
