I whole heartedly agree about current state of drivers. It's amazing there are so few accidents, not so many. I may have a partial solution. Take away their power steering and power brakes, then they'd have to concentrate on driving, not yapping on their phone. (Sorry about the rant but almost got creamed on way home tonite.)
