IH 404

Hi again! I found another used machine I'd like an opinion on if anyone has the time and inclination. A IH 404, about a 66 I'm told.
Right now it looks kind of weather beaten but the tires look good and the engine appears to have been worked on recently. There are several implements available with it, Woods cutter, plow, etc. I think I'd pass on. I could have the back blade for a starter tool.
There is no loader on board but the repairman who's selling it says he's located one, will install it and make the whole thing work properly.
Asking with all the tools, loader install and rear clutch.....$5200. Kindly advise as soon as possible. Thanks again.
