Off topic (Rear blade question)

I own a Ford 785A seven foot rear blade. I need to replace the cutting edge. Do these cutting edge blades come in standard sizes that work on blades of the same width? Will a 7 foot cutting edge that fits my Ford also fit a John Deere or other brands? Is the bolt hole spacing standardized? It appears that the cutting edge can't just be flipped over as it looks like the bolt holes are closer to the top and wouldn't fit correctly if flipped over. Would Tractor Supply Co. carry the 7 foot cutting edge, or will I have to get a new one from the Ford dealer? All info will be appreciated.
