what would work

I have a John Deere b that I am restoring but have realized its not going to be able to do what I need to around the barn and such, Thinking about getting a small skidloader to do some of the smaller and heavier jobs around the farm. Never owned one before and not sure what I should be looking for - any suggestions would be appreciated
