I remember reading it somewhere. Maybe in the literature that was used to introduce the M and H. I'm not really sure now, can look at some more books Sunday night to check. I'll post back if I find anything confirming it. I'm sure I read that hand clutch was an option... I'll see if I can find it. Steven

Product Review: Black Tire Paint - by Staff. I have been fortunate in that two of my tractors have had rear tires that were in great shape when I bought the tractor. My model "H" even had the old style fronts with plenty of tread. My "L" fronts were mismatched Sears Guardsman snow tires, which I promptly tossed.
