Well, let's see. Farmers have tractors, and may want to make their land available to owners of antique tractors who also like to hunt. I'll bet lots of guys who own these old beasts also hunt, and may want another avenue to find godd hunting. Tractors are used to create and maintain food plots, maintain CRP ground, plant crops that wildlife eat.
