When you find the "right place", you know you will
be followed. Yes, New England is in the squeeze,
overdevelope every square inch, rezone. There is
one Case-IH dealer & one MF dealer in Massachusetts. Small towns average 3 Dunkin'
Donuts shops. Upstate New York, once strong dairy
country, has huge empty barns with 6 silos, idle.
Land either rented to the 1000 cow operator, or
sold to investors working with developers,buying
town votes with road improvements & jobs. Where
we end up, will be Canada or insane. You have to
look away from this'progress'.
