With what you are planning, you will need at least two. It's just not practical to run a 30 acre "hobby farm" with one tractor. So think of your immediate needs, and buy a tractor in your budget....I think a real value is the AC line. A WD or WD45 or a CA (not a C or B) often sell in you budget, and have all the features you need....live hydraulics, live PTO, and enough muscle to run all day. They can also be converted to three point hitches, which is important! I am sure others will chime in with there reccomendations.
