f-20 carb frosting

I have been mowing lately with my f-20 and the throat on the manifold just above carb. keeps frosting up. I shut tractor off and let it thaw and dry off completly and it will do it again about 15 min. later. My fathers did the same thing only in winter time. Let his thaw and it would not repeat. (same manifolds-not hot manifolds)any sugs. what to try? Thanks Andy
