When I was a kid, Mama just about had to beat us kids to hoe or pick anything out of the garden. I could not understand why anybody would "want to" plant anything. Well, I grew up, just like Mama knew I would, and now I plant about 1 acre every year with vegetables just because I "want to." I had just as soon be plowing a row of peas with my Super A as anything else I know of. Matter of fact, my Mama (who is 82) paid me the best compliments this last summer, she told me "I was the best farmer in the community," even though I knew it wasn't true. I'm glad there are others out there who share the same enjoyment as I do.
